Next week will be a complete write off with restricted foods, periods of fasting (15hr spans) etc. It's easy to get paranoid when you are either not on the bike, or when you are, you are riding like a newborn.
As a dear friend said to me a few days ago, it's as much a mental test as a physical one. So true...
